ARSENIK FESTIVAL VOL. 2 30 JANUARY PLAN B
Last year’s festival was fucking amazing and was totally sold out, so we’re making this a yearly thing! So many of you have been asking me to do another one after the crazy night we had last year.
So here we go again!! Here’s this year’s lineup! THIS IS GONNA BE FUCKING SICK!!
G-ANX
Swedish "Kir for pleasure" punk cult legends! G-Anx return to the stage for the very first time since 1997. Raw and frantic, their brief existence left a mark far beyond the handful of records they released. This is an exclusive and extremely rare chance to see G-Anx live again.
SKITSYSTEM
No speed no punk legends! Few bands are as synonymous with Gothenburg crust as Skitsystem. Formed all the way back in 1994, they carved out their own particularly bleak strain of d-beat. Always a pleasure!
AGRIMONIA
Gothenburg's Agrimonia take the foundations of crust and stretch them into something even darker. Formed in 2005 and featuring members from Skitsystem and Martyrdöd they move effortlessly between crushing riffs, bleak atmosphere and slow-burning passages.
VICIOUS IRENE
Vicious Irene have been doing things their own way since forming in Gothenburg in 2001. Fierce, political hardcore punk backed by more than two decades of records, DIY touring and shows across Europe and well beyond!
PISTOL PISTOL
PISTOL "Dansk skalle" hardcore punk from K-Town! No polished edges, no unnecessary bullshit. Pistol Pistol Pistol deliver punk the way it should be, loud and straight to the point!
HEAVY BLEEDING
PMS punk from Gothenburg! Heavy Bleeding bring another dose of raw Swedish punk to the bill. Abrasive and stripped of anything that doesn't need to be there. Music made for small rooms, loud amps and damaged ears! Besides the festival at Plan B on January 30th, we’ve got a lot of shit going on that weekend!
On January 29th we’re throwing a ”Kir for Pleasure” pre-party at Arsenik! Happy hour at the bar, loads of Kir drinks, happenings and Usman from Bunkerpunks will be joining us for some cassette tape disco!
