InnerMovement Circle is a guided embodied experience where movement, music, and presence allow deeper layers of the self to emerge naturally.
Throughout the day you will be gently guided through:
- Grounding and somatic movement practices
- InnerMovement Circle sessions (guided embodied journeys)
- Energy Activation Journey, a safe and grounded activation that awakens your inner field
- Music-supported exploration
- Guided inner work, integrationand rest
- Optional sharing in smaller groups
You participate entirely at your own pace.
Nothing needs to be performed, forced, or shared.

This immersion is created and guided by Sandra & Siegfried, founders of Integrative Energy School, who have trained thousands of facilitators worldwide in embodied and energy-based practices.
Together with Martina & Rebecca from La Loba Journey and a carefully selected team of seven experienced facilitators, this space is held with depth, presence, and integrity.
Guided by a shared vision of creating spaces where growth is not only understood but embodied, this immersion invites you to arrive as you are, soften without pressure, explore deeper layers of yourself, and experience genuine connection, both within yourself and with others.
